When you browse or order through yankesrcandle.shop, these Terms form an agreement between you and Yankee Candle, together with the policies referenced here.

Store Scope and Eligibility

Our store serves customers and delivery addresses in the United States. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the site with a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate and current account, contact, payment, and order information.

Products and Store Information

We present information about candles, home fragrance, car fragrance, accessories, and gifts with reasonable care. Screen colors may vary, and packaging or specifications may change. We may correct availability, description, pricing, or typographical errors; limit quantities; or discontinue items. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Orders and Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel for legitimate reasons such as inventory error, suspected fraud, failed authorization, an undeliverable address, or an obvious pricing error. Confirmation acknowledges receipt; shipment confirmation normally indicates acceptance of items shipped. Paid amounts for canceled items are returned to the original payment method.

Prices, Cards, and Taxes

Prices and order totals are in USD. Eligible Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover credit or debit cards are accepted as described in the Payment Policy. You authorize validation and charging of the selected payment method.

Sales tax and other required charges are calculated and collected under applicable law. We do not promise all orders or locations are tax-free.

Shipping and Tracking

We deliver only within the United States. Standard shipping is free for every US order with no minimum. Processing takes 1–2 business days and is separate from 4–6 business days of estimated transit after dispatch. Tracking is provided. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Cancellation may be requested before shipment. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. Eligible products may be returned for any reason within 30 days after delivery, and exchanges are available. Yankee Candle supplies a free prepaid return label and pays eligible return shipping for change-of-mind returns and damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders. No restocking fee is charged. Item exceptions do not reduce non-waivable remedies.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for account activity and login security. Do not introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with services; scrape in violation of law; impersonate others; place fraudulent orders; or use site content to infringe rights.

Content and Intellectual Property

Site text, graphics, layouts, software, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to their respective owners or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the store for lawful personal shopping. Third-party marks remain with their owners.

Third-Party Services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and linked third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean Yankee Candle controls or guarantees that party.

Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product warranties are those expressly supplied or legally required. Statutory consumer protections that cannot be excluded remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yankee Candle and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from site use. Aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order unless law requires otherwise. Jurisdictional limits may apply.

Indemnification

Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify Yankee Candle against third-party claims caused by unlawful misuse of the site or a material breach of these Terms. This does not cover claims caused by our unlawful conduct.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except when mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Contact us before formal proceedings so the parties can try to resolve the concern. Available legal remedies remain unaffected.

Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
